These Terms of Use govern browsing and purchasing on this storefront. By loading the site, creating an account, or placing an order you agree to these terms, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the policies linked in the footer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site is a WordPress + WooCommerce catalog with a Flatsome child theme. Content, layout, and product data are presented for shopping. You receive a license to view pages and to buy products that are in stock. You do not receive ownership of photographs, logos, copy, or licensed character artwork displayed on the site. Third-party characters remain the property of their owners. Do not scrape the catalog, copy product photography for your own store, or frame these pages inside another site.

You must be old enough to form a contract in your place of residence to place an order. Parents and guardians shop for children. You agree that information you submit is accurate. You are responsible for the password on My Account. Tell us at buildabear@gmail.com if you think someone else used your login. We may lock an account that looks automated, abusive, or fraudulent.

Prohibited uses include attacking the site, bypassing security, overloading checkout, posting malware, harvesting emails, impersonating guest services, or using the catalog to advertise an unrelated business. We may refuse service, cancel an order, or remove an account when we reasonably believe these rules were broken. We will not ask you to disable Cloudflare, captchas, or other access controls on any third-party property, and you should not ask us to do so.

Product availability, prices, and descriptions can change. The cart total at checkout is the offer we are making at that moment. We may cancel an order that contains an obvious pricing error, a product that cannot be fulfilled, or a payment that the gateway declines. If we cancel after a charge, the Refund Policy describes how money is returned.

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep pages available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free search, or that a particular licensed item will remain listed. Links to social networks (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, X) leave this site. Those services have their own terms.

Limitation of liability for browsing-only use is limited to the maximum permitted by applicable law. Purchases are also covered by the Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by our negligence where such a rule applies.
