How do I place an order?
Browse Stuffed Animals, Clothing & Accessories, or Shop All, open a product, choose quantity, and tap Add to Cart. Open Cart to change quantities or apply a coupon, then continue to Checkout. WooCommerce collects shipping and payment using the gateways enabled in admin. This site does not add a second checkout.
Where is my Item No.?
On each product page the SKU is labeled Item No. under the title. Use that number in emails to buildabear@gmail.com so guest services can find the same record you saw.
Do you stuff animals on this website?
The 3D Bear Builder and in-store stuffing ceremony are workshop experiences. This storefront sells catalog products as listed. If an item is pre-stuffed or unstuffed, that fact comes from the WooCommerce product description. We do not operate a live stuffing station in the browser.
Can I pick up in store?
Buy-online-pick-up-in-store is mentioned on the announcement bar as a brand-style service. Whether BOPIS is actually enabled depends on shipping methods in WooCommerce. Until operations confirm store IDs and pickup SLAs, treat pickup as [BOPIS AVAILABILITY — EDIT IN WP ADMIN].
How are prices set?
Prices are the WooCommerce regular and sale prices on each product. This theme never hard-codes a catalog price in HTML. If a sale flash appears, the sale price is the live field. Gift cards and variable denominations stay empty until a merchant sets them.
What is your return window?
Read the Return Policy. The number of days is an operations placeholder: [RETURN WINDOW DAYS — EDIT IN WP ADMIN]. Do not assume a number that has not been entered.

Do you ship internationally?
See the Shipping Policy. Origin, carriers, and country list are placeholders until a merchant enables them in WooCommerce shipping zones.
Is The Bear Cave a different shop?
On the official brand site, The Bear Cave is an adult-oriented destination. Here it is a navigation label that points at stuffed-animal products already in this catalog. There is no separate checkout and no age-gate backend on this deployment.
How do I create an account?
Use My Account in the header. WooCommerce registers customers, stores addresses, and shows orders. Password resets go to the email on the account. We do not import accounts from any other website.
Still stuck? Write to buildabear@gmail.com with the page URL and, if relevant, the Item No. or order number. We will not ask you to disable a browser security feature, complete a captcha on a third-party site, or paste a payment-processor login. Guest services can only see what WooCommerce and this WordPress install store.
Product photography on this catalog is whatever was attached to the product in the Media Library. Hover images appear when a gallery image exists. Variation images update when WooCommerce variations have their own image. If a picture looks wrong, send the Item No. rather than a screenshot of a CDN you do not control.
Coupons are WooCommerce coupons. If a code fails, the cart will say so. We cannot invent a discount that is not in the coupon list. Bonus Club style loyalty is not wired to an external points engine on this site; treat any loyalty mention as [LOYALTY PROGRAM STATUS — EDIT IN WP ADMIN].
