Build-A-Bear Workshop locations are physical stores where guests stuff, dress, and name a furry friend. This page is an informational stand-in for a store-finder. This WordPress site does not host a live map backend, does not scrape locator APIs, and does not book party rooms automatically.

To visit a workshop, use the public store-finder on the official brand website or call 877-789-2327 and ask guest services whether a location near you can help with an online order. Party bookings, Pay-Your-Age events, and corporate events are scheduled by the location that will host them. We will not invent a store address, hours, or party price.

This storefront ships catalog products from the origin described in the Shipping Policy. A workshop visit is optional. If buy-online-pick-up-in-store is enabled at checkout, the pickup method will appear there. Otherwise, treat pickup as unavailable.

Accessibility, parking, and stroller notes vary by mall and street location. We do not publish a facility table we have not verified. Call the location or ask us to look up a number if we have one on file.

Please do not travel on the assumption that every SKU on this website sits in every workshop. Store inventory and e-commerce inventory are different systems. If you must leave with a specific Item No. today, call first.

Gift cards purchased on this website are catalog items in WooCommerce. Whether a workshop can load that balance onto a physical card is [GIFT CARD STORE LOAD RULE — EDIT IN WP ADMIN]. Keep the order email. Lost-card replacement is a guest-service process, not a self-serve locator function.
