Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you buy a product from this WooCommerce checkout. They sit next to the Terms of Use (browsing) and the Shipping, Return, Refund, and Warranty pages (operations). Together they are the contract for a purchase.

An order is an offer to buy the SKUs in your cart at the prices shown, plus shipping and tax calculated by WooCommerce. We accept that offer when the order status moves to processing or completed, or when we send a confirmation email, whichever the store operator has configured. We may refuse an order that fails payment, fails an address check, or asks for a quantity we cannot fulfill.

You agree to pay with a method the checkout actually offers. We do not list payment brands here because they are configured in WooCommerce admin and can change. If a gateway is not visible on checkout, it is not available. Do not try to pay by sending cash, cryptocurrency, or card photos to buildabear@gmail.com.

Title and risk of loss pass according to the Shipping Policy. Until that policy names a carrier and an Incoterm, treat the placeholder as [RISK OF LOSS RULE — EDIT IN WP ADMIN]. You must provide a deliverable address. If a package is returned as undeliverable, guest services will use the contact data on the order to decide whether to reship or refund, following the Refund Policy.

Product descriptions, Item No. values, and photographs come from the WooCommerce product record. Colors on a phone screen will not match plush fur perfectly. Licensed names appear as printed on the product title; they do not transfer any license to you beyond owning the physical item you bought. You may not reproduce character artwork from this site.

Promotional codes are WooCommerce coupons. Stacking rules, expiry, and category limits are those of the coupon object. A code that does not apply will not reduce the total. We may cancel a code that was leaked or that is being abused. Bonus-club style points are not an automatic tender on this checkout unless an operator later enables a documented integration: [LOYALTY REDEMPTION — EDIT IN WP ADMIN].

Taxes are calculated by WooCommerce tax settings for the destination you enter. If tax is missing or wrong, that is a configuration issue, not a hidden fee in this theme. We do not add surprise theme-level surcharges at checkout.

If a product is defective, the Warranty / Satisfaction Guarantee page describes the path. If you simply changed your mind, the Return Policy describes the path. Those pages use placeholders for day counts until operations publish numbers. Do not rely on a remembered number from another website.

Electronic communications: you agree that order emails, refund notices, and account mail satisfy any legal requirement for written notice. Keep buildabear@gmail.com off your spam list if you want those messages. We will also publish legally required notices on this site when the law says publication is enough.
